"Where you look affects how you feel"
- David Grand PhD
I am a member of the Rocky Mountain Brainspotting Institute and have completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Brainspotting certification training. Currrently I am pursuing dual doctoral degrees; a PsyD in clinical psychology and a PhD in Sports Psychology. I aim to blend research with clinical practice to deepen my expertise.
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful method that utilizes focused mindfulness to help individuals access and process their inner experiences, promoting self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth. As a brainspotting coach, I utilize this technique to guide clients in identifying and harnessing their mind-body connection to enhance their well-being, achieve personal goals, and optimize performance.
Unlike traditional therapy, brainspotting coaching is not about diagnosing or treating psychological conditions. Instead, it focuses on helping clients tap into their natural capacity for self-regulation and resilience. By identifying "brainspots"—specific eye positions that correlate with deep, often unconscious, emotions and experiences—clients can access and work through challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

In our coaching sessions, I create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you're seeking to manage stress, improve focus, enhance your performance, or simply gain a deeper understanding of yourself, brainspotting offers a unique approach to achieving your goals. My role as a coach is to support you in your journey of self-discovery and empowerment, helping you leverage your brain's innate ability to heal and thrive.
